Teapots are a favourite amongst potters; there are lots of components and plenty of consideration to be given to balancing them for a pleasing result.
Over the space of a weekend we will be looking at some of the endless variety of shape and surface, fun and function. Bodies, lids and spouts can be thrown during Saturday, and turned and fitted after overnight drying ready for adding handles and any slip decoration or raw glaze on Sunday. You will be encouraged to try all the processes involved to complete the assembly of at least one of your teapots by the end of the two days.
Suitable for intermediate and advanced potters - get the basics under your belt in a weekend!
