Still-damp clay offers great opportunities for decoration using slips and, less commonly, raw glazes.

During this workshop you can experiment with techniques both ancient and new to achieve simple or complex motifs.

You will need to bring prepared damp ware; tiles are ideal for the wetter application methods, but thrown pieces are suitable for a wide range of techniques too.

Please bring a packed lunch or pop out to a nearby cafe; hot drinks and biscuits are freely available throughout the day.
